Kinnaird Kitchen Tablet

Awarded 2 Stars at The Great Taste Awards in 2023, this Scottish classic is definitely worth tasting! Using the same recipe as Kinnaird fudge, this is cooked for longer and to a higher temperature which gives it a harder and more brittle texture but with a caramelised flavour. Ideal with tea and coffee or just on its own!
