Wild Venison Diced Haunch

Lean, richly flavoured diced venison taken from the haunch and sourced through Highland Game from wild deer roaming the Scottish Highlands and estates. It makes a wonderful venison casserole: brown the pieces well, then cook gently with onions, carrots, mushrooms, red wine, stock and a spoonful of redcurrant jelly until tender. Pack weights and prices vary, so add the quantity you would like to your basket and we will confirm the available pack, then email you with the final price and a separate invoice. Our venison may be delivered fresh or frozen depending on weekly availability, so please be at home to receive it or leave a coolbox with ice packs outside your door.
