Hebridean Diced Lamb

We are thrilled to bring you some of our wonderful Hebridean lamb, produced in partnership with another nearby farmer. Raised on pasture in the hills of Falkland, these rare-breed lambs have been carefully reared and produce beautifully marbled meat with a rich, distinctive flavour.

As each pack varies slightly in weight, please add it to your basket and we will email you to confirm its exact size and individual price.

Our diced lamb is priced at £22 per kg, with most packs weighing around 500g and costing approximately £11 each.

Diced lamb is ideal for slow-cooked dishes where the meat can become beautifully tender and absorb plenty of flavour. Use it for a traditional lamb stew, a rich curry, a fragrant tagine or a comforting hotpot with plenty of seasonal vegetables.
