Hebridean Lamb Chump Chops

We are thrilled to bring you some of our wonderful Hebridean lamb, produced in partnership with another nearby farmer. Raised on pasture in the hills of Falkland, these rare-breed lambs have been carefully reared and produce beautifully marbled meat with a rich, distinctive flavour.

Each pack contains two lamb chump chops. As the packs vary in weight, please add them to your basket and we will email you to confirm the exact size and individual price. Our lamb chump chops are priced at £23.75 per kg, with most two-chop packs weighing around 350g and costing approximately £8.50.

Chump chops are thick, meaty and wonderfully flavourful, with enough natural fat to keep them beautifully juicy. Pan-fry, grill or barbecue them with garlic and rosemary, or roast them with tomatoes, peppers and potatoes for an easy one-tray supper.
