Hebridean Lamb Cutlets

We are thrilled to bring you some of our wonderful Hebridean lamb, produced in partnership with another nearby farmer. Raised on pasture in the hills of Falkland, these rare-breed lambs have been carefully reared and produce beautifully marbled meat with a rich, distinctive flavour.

Each pack contains four lamb cutlets. As the packs vary in weight, please add them to your basket and we will email you to confirm the exact size and individual price.

Our lamb cutlets are priced at £24.80 per kg, with most four-cutlet packs weighing around 350g and costing approximately £8.75.

Lamb cutlets are tender, full of flavour and wonderfully quick to cook. Simply season and pan-fry, grill or barbecue them with garlic and rosemary, then serve slightly pink with buttery potatoes, seasonal vegetables or a fresh minty salad.
