Hebridean Lamb Gigot Chops

We are thrilled to bring you some of our wonderful Hebridean lamb, produced in partnership with another nearby farmer. Raised on pasture in the hills of Falkland, these rare-breed lambs have been carefully reared and produce beautifully marbled meat with a rich, distinctive flavour.

Each pack contains two lamb gigot chops. As the packs vary in weight, please add them to your basket and we will email you to confirm the exact size and individual price.

Our lamb gigot chops are priced at £26 per kg, with most two-chop packs weighing around 450g and costing approximately £11.75.

Cut from the leg, gigot chops are thick, meaty and a little leaner than traditional lamb chops. They are delicious marinated with garlic, rosemary and olive oil before being pan-fried, grilled or barbecued, then served with roasted vegetables, buttery potatoes or a fresh seasonal salad.
