Hebridean Lamb Leg Roast

We are thrilled to bring you some of our wonderful Hebridean lamb, produced in partnership with another nearby farmer. Raised on pasture in the hills of Falkland, these rare-breed lambs have been carefully reared and produce beautifully marbled meat with a rich, distinctive flavour.

As each joint varies in weight, please add it to your basket and we will email you to confirm its exact size and individual price. Our lamb leg roasts are priced at £26.50 per kg, with most joints weighing around 800g and costing approximately £21 each.

A lamb leg roast is wonderfully tender and makes a fantastic Sunday lunch without needing hours of preparation. Roast it with garlic, rosemary and plenty of seasoning, then serve it pink with crispy potatoes and seasonal vegetables—or cook it more slowly until the meat is soft and falling apart.
