Hebridean Lamb Mince

We are thrilled to bring you some of our wonderful Hebridean lamb, produced in partnership with another nearby farmer. Raised on pasture in the hills of Falkland, these rare-breed lambs have been carefully reared and produce beautifully marbled meat with a rich, distinctive flavour.

As each pack varies slightly in weight, please add it to your basket and we will email you to confirm its exact size and individual price.

Our lamb mince is priced at £22 per kg, with most packs weighing around 500g and costing approximately £11 each.

Lamb mince is wonderfully versatile and full of flavour. Use it to make a comforting shepherd’s pie, homemade burgers, spiced koftas, meatballs or moussaka—or fry it with garlic, cumin and seasonal vegetables before serving in warm flatbreads with minty yoghurt.
