Hebridean Lamb Rolled Shoulder

We are thrilled to bring you some of our wonderful Hebridean lamb, produced in partnership with another nearby farmer. Raised on pasture in the hills of Falkland, these rare-breed lambs have been carefully reared and produce beautifully marbled meat with a rich, distinctive flavour.

As each joint varies in weight, please add it to your basket and we will email you to confirm its exact size and individual price. Our rolled lamb shoulders are priced at £18.85 per kg, with most joints weighing around 1kg and costing approximately £20 each.

Rolled lamb shoulder is an exceptionally flavourful cut that becomes beautifully tender when cooked slowly. Roast it gently with garlic, rosemary, onions and a splash of stock or wine until the meat almost falls apart, then serve with roast potatoes and seasonal vegetables—or shred the cooked lamb into flatbreads with salad and yoghurt.
