Hebridean Rack of Lamb

We are thrilled to bring you some of our wonderful Hebridean lamb, produced in partnership with another nearby farmer. Raised on pasture in the hills of Falkland, these Hebridean lambs are the first of more rare-breed lamb to come—and their meat has exceptional flavour and beautiful marbling. This is high-quality lamb from animals that have been carefully reared and very well looked after.

As each cut varies in weight, please add your chosen cut to your basket and we will email you to confirm its exact size and individual price.

Our racks of lamb are priced at £37 per kg and weigh approximately 560g each, making them around £21.00 per rack. Rack of lamb is a wonderfully tender, flavourful cut that looks impressive on the table but is surprisingly simple to cook. Roast it whole with garlic, rosemary and a little mustard, or slice it into individual cutlets for quick grilling or pan-frying.
