Our caramelised onion pork burgers are made with pork from our own slow-grown Oxford Sandy and Black pigs, reared here at Arngask Home Farm with great care and the highest welfare standards. Sweet caramelised onion, garlic and a hint of nutmeg make these wonderfully juicy burgers especially rich and savoury.
Each pack is available at a fixed price of £5.75.
Cook them on the barbecue, under the grill or in a frying pan, then serve in a toasted bun with mature cheddar, crisp lettuce and a generous spoonful of chutney. They are equally good served without the bun alongside homemade wedges, coleslaw and seasonal salad.
