Our caramelised onion pork sausages are made with pork from our own slow-grown Oxford Sandy and Black pigs, reared here at Arngask Home Farm with great care and the highest welfare standards. Sweet caramelised onion, garlic and a hint of nutmeg complement the rich flavour of our traditional rare-breed pork beautifully.
Each pack of six sausages is available at a fixed price of £6.
These are wonderfully comforting sausages and absolutely made for creamy mash, seasonal greens and plenty of rich onion gravy. They are also delicious baked into toad-in-the-hole or roasted with potatoes, apples and onions for a simple family supper.
