Oxford Sandy & Black Italian Sausages

Our Italian sausages are made using 95% pork from our own slow-grown Oxford Sandy and Black pigs, reared here at Arngask Home Farm with great care and the highest welfare standards. Seasoned with paprika, fennel, garlic and pepper, they are rich, savoury and packed with flavour. (Do not include gluten but are made in a kitchen which handles gluten)

Each pack of six sausages is available at a fixed price of £6.

These sausages are wonderful grilled or roasted and tucked into a crusty roll, but they are also perfect for removing from their skins and crumbling into pasta sauces, risotto or a rich tomato and bean stew. Try them roasted in one tray with cherry tomatoes, peppers, courgettes and garlic for a very easy supper.
