Oxford Sandy & Black Pork Fillet

Our pork fillet comes from our own Oxford Sandy and Black pigs, reared slowly here at Arngask Home Farm with great care and the highest welfare standards. It is one of the most tender cuts of pork—lean, delicate and incredibly versatile, while still carrying the wonderful flavour of our traditional rare breed.

As each fillet varies in weight, please add it to your basket and we will email you to confirm its exact size and individual price. Our pork fillet is priced at £35 per kg, with most fillets weighing around 320g and costing approximately £11 each.

Pork fillet cooks quickly and is delicious roasted whole with mustard, garlic and herbs, or sliced into medallions and pan-fried. Try it with a creamy mushroom sauce, apples and cider, or cut it into strips for a speedy stir-fry—just take care not to overcook it so it stays beautifully tender.
