Oxford Sandy & Black Pork Sausages

Our traditional pork sausages are made using 95% pork from our own slow-grown Oxford Sandy and Black pigs, reared here at Arngask Home Farm with great care and the highest welfare standards. Simply seasoned with salt, pepper and a touch of nutmeg, they allow the wonderful flavour of our rare-breed pork to take centre stage. These do not include wheat or gluten but are made in a kitchen that handles wheat.

Each pack of six sausages is available at a fixed price of £6.

These are beautifully versatile, proper pork sausages—perfect for breakfasts, sausage sandwiches, toad-in-the-hole or a comforting plate of sausages and mash. They are equally delicious roasted in one tray with potatoes, onions, apples and seasonal vegetables.
