The venison is sourced through Highland Game from the Scottish Highlands and estates, creating a burger that is both full of flavour and wonderfully lean. Cook on the barbecue or in a hot frying pan, then serve in a toasted bun with crunchy slaw, lettuce and a cooling lime or garlic mayonnaise. These burgers are sold at the fixed price shown, so no separate invoice is required. They may be delivered fresh or frozen depending on weekly availability, so please be at home to receive them or leave a coolbox with ice packs outside your door.
