Wild Venison Sausages

Gently fry or oven-bake them until cooked through, then serve with buttery mash, seasonal greens and rich onion gravy for a brilliant twist on classic bangers and mash. They are equally delicious in a sausage casserole with beans, tomatoes and plenty of herbs. These sausages are sold at the fixed price shown, so no separate invoice is required. They may be delivered fresh or frozen depending on weekly availability, so please be at home to receive them or leave a coolbox with ice packs outside your door.
