Bread & Butter Cucumber Pickles

Big, crunchy and bursting with flavour, these bread-and-butter cucumber pickles are handmade in Scotland by Goat Rodeo Goods. Thick cucumber rounds are pickled in a punchy, lightly sweet brine with turmeric, garlic, onion, peppercorns and mustard seeds—giving them a tangy flavour rather like a cucumber version of piccalilli. Brilliant tucked into burgers and sandwiches, served alongside cheese and cold meats, or eaten unapologetically straight from the jar. A wonderfully accessible “gateway pickle” for newcomers, but with plenty of bite for proper pickle lovers too. Suitable for vegans.
