Conchigliette British Spelt Pasta

This brilliant product has won a Great Taste Award! These delightful little pasta shells are made in Cumbria using British-grown spelt, giving them a wholesome texture and subtly nutty flavour. Conchigliette means “little shells” in Italian, and their curved, hollow shape acts like a tiny scoop—collecting sauce, vegetables and other delicious morsels as you eat. Particularly lovely in brothy soups, minestrone and pasta salads, they are equally good with pesto, fresh tomato sauces or a simple butter and cheese dressing. Bronze-die shaped and slowly dried for excellent texture.
