Fusilli British Spelt Pasta

This product won a Great Taste Award! A brilliant family-friendly pasta made in Cumbria using British-grown spelt, an ancient grain with a naturally nutty flavour and wonderfully wholesome texture. Fusilli means “little spindles” and its familiar corkscrew shape is designed to catch sauce within every twist. It is incredibly versatile—try it with pesto, tomato sauces and creamy sauces, or use it for pasta salads and comforting pasta bakes. Bronze-die shaped and slowly dried for a satisfyingly firm, al dente bite.
