Crisp, golden and filled with pieces of hazelnut, these artisan biscotti are handmade in small batches in Scotland by Pear & Son. Their twice-baked texture gives them that wonderful Italian-style crunch, while the hazelnuts bring a rich, gently toasted flavour. Particularly delicious dipped into coffee or hot chocolate, they also make a lovely accompaniment to ice cream or a little after-dinner treat.
